潛水到現在還沒看過鯨鯊跟manta ray
最近迷上做背包客的功課

到處亂查亂逛
發現到宿霧航空三月機票
Taipei <--> Manila $3168
Manila <--> Legaspi $1900
Legaspi <--> Donsol Vitton beach resort 接送一小時

3/6 搭13:55宿霧航空-->15:55馬尼拉-->馬尼拉住一晚
3/7 05:00起床-->06:00到國內線機場-->搭07:10飛機-->08:05到Legaspi-->9~10點 Donsol resort-->開始尋manta and whale shark
3/8 manta and whale shark
3/9 manta and whale shark
3/10 沒有morning call早上-->12:00搭一小時車 Legaspi airport-->14:10飛機-->15:05馬尼拉-->住一晚
3/11 11:10 搭飛機回台北

目標是訂在$20K內窮人潛旅
最終目的看鯨鯊 and manta ray

潛店單人報價如下:
The package rate for 4D-3N (1pax) is Php28,580.70 or $US705. These includes

菲律賓的潛友說不要上網跟潛店訂
只會被當肥羊宰
$US700對菲律賓人是條很大的錢
他建議到Legaspi機場後
自己找bus搭車去Donsol
再去找住跟賞鯨浮潛

賞鯨浮潛兩天就好 3000PHP x 2days
吃跟住也不用10000PHP


後來自己換個立場角度分析:
以下都是假設比喻:
1.台北飛到台東(Legaspi)機場
2.從台東(Legaspi)機場拉一小時車到花蓮某海邊小漁村(Donsol)
3.花蓮(Donsol)當地潛店跟你套裝報價要$NT23000
4.以台灣的物價去花$23000行程,真的頭殼破個洞才花得下去
5.更何況是菲律賓的物價$US700~~~~~還好有菲律賓潛友點醒
6.還是聽潛友建議,到了Legaspi機場再開始冒險
7.最差的結果是沒看到鯨鯊,浪費$5000機票+吃住在菲律賓流浪
8.最好的結果是看到鯨鯊,花費合理沒被當盤子敲

機票已經買好了
自己跑一趟Donsol逛逛小漁村
我就不相信只有2~3間潛水店有在作賞鯨行程
敢開如此高的壟斷價錢

分析推論出一句關鍵句"一天最多只能有25艘賞鯨船出海"
表示還有很多船要排班出海賞鯨
我就不相信25條船都是潛水店的
當地小漁村應該還有很多賞鯨業者
在做一般觀光客行程

用google earth找到Donsol
有人貼照片
漁村還舉辦"鯨鯊嘉年華會"
先到donsol漁村晃晃
答案就會揭曉
